Entrance
Fenced complex. Gated development with security systems installed.
Remote control access electric gates to enter the complex.
Main entrance area leading to the visitors' parking area and entrance
into private parking. Solid security entrance UPVC doors with glass
panel and intercom. Decorative entrance courtyard area paved with slate.
The Building
Reinforced concrete structure. Insulating foam within façade for thermal
and acoustic insulation. Insulated roof bricks covered with terracotta
roof tiles. Hand-picked top-of-the-range materials. Decorative Istrian
natural stone cover is applied to selected external walls.
FIRST FLOOR
Outside

Basement
An individual secure storage unit in the basement, approximately
2m squared in size, will be allocated to some properties.
